Alan takes on Joey Tribbiani in Friends The Musical Parody by Bob and Tobly McSmith (90210 The Musical, Full House The Musical) and directed by Paul Stancato (The Lion King) which opened off-Broadway at St. Luke's Theatre in NYC in November! The show has been extended until September 2, 2018.
Over the past year, Alan has been voicing an animated cartoon character on a network television show. More info on this coming soon!
Alan played the dark spirit Knotgaff who invokes negative emotions in great painters, resulting in beautiful works of art in the short film CRIMSON EVE. See the visual trailer here:
90210 The Musical by Bob and Tobly McSmith had a limited engagement run at Broadway in Chicago! Alan reprised his role as Dylan McKay from 9/13-9/17 at the Broadway Playhouse.
On Investigation Discovery, Alan played the true life character Tracey Porterfield in 6 Degrees of Murder which aired on August 8 2017.
Alan recently played the role of Dylan Mckay in 90210 The Musical by Bob and Tobly McSmith. The production ran for 5 months at Theatre 80 and closed in January 2017.
Alan took part in a two week workshop production of Shake & Bake's Love's Labor's Lost where he played King Navarre. This innovative project combines culinary and perforing arts into a two-hour full-sensory experience.
Alan was featured in a new play workshop titled, The Telling and Re-Telling of Lucy and Owen produced by Typed Out Productions (2016).
In Spring of 2016, Alan closed the successful Off-Broadway run of Full House The Musical presented by National Lampoon, where he portrayed the role of Uncle Jesse (swing).
Alan Trinca is a NYC based actor/singer/dancer/musician from Buffalo, NY. A graduate of Niagara University with a BFA, Alan made a name for himself on the Buffalo regional theatre scene post-graduation. Upon moving to NYC, he has been featured in commercials, as both on-screen and VO talent, worked on multiple new play workshops, has appeared in short films and independently produced feature films, and has worked consistently off-Broadway. Alan is eternally grateful for the constant support of his family and friends.
